Burton House
The property is located within an apartment building. The main entrance is through the black door, which is fitted with a smart lock.
To enter the building:
Tap the smart lock to activate the keypad, enter your access code followed by the # (hashtag), then push down the handle to open the door.
Once inside, please check your booking confirmation for your flat number and locate the corresponding apartment.
To access your apartment:
Your apartment key is stored in a keysafe mounted on the wall beside the flat door (either on the right or left-hand side). Enter the keysafe code provided in your arrival instructions, open the box and retrieve the key.
Please ensure the keysafe is closed securely after removing the key.
No smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.
Parties & events: Please respect the neighbours — no parties or large gatherings.
Quiet hours: We kindly ask guests to keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM until 8 AM.
Respect the space: Please treat the apartment as you would your own home.
